Semolina with Saffron

Ingredients:

1 portion

  • 20 g butter
  • 70 g onions
  • 400 g of water
  • 45 g semolina Sineamin
  • ½ bag of saffron
  • Salt to taste
  • Mixture of Afenil Gel or Afenil Express Unflavored

The board

Instead of saffron, you can use other spices that are allowed for consumption.

Сooking:

1) Fry the finely chopped onion in a deep pan

2) Add water, semolina. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes.

3) Add the saffron and mix

4) Remove from heat, cool and add a mixture of Afenil Gel or Afenil Express Unflavored in the prescribed amount (1 or more sachets)
