Ruddy pancakes

Ingredients
  • 110 g of flour mixture Mix C Dr. Schar
  • 2 eggs (can be replaced with 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum)
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of gluten free butter
  • 250 ml of gluten-free milk (you can take soy or rice)
  • sugar, salt to taste
Cooking:
Mix the flour mixture, salt, sugar, add eggs and mix thoroughly. Gradually pour the milk into the mixture. Bake in a preheated and oiled frying pan.
