Peperonate

Ingredients:

1 portion

  • 100 g of sweet pepper
  • 20 g small onions
  • 50 g ripe tomatoes
  • 20 g of olive oil to taste
  • salt
  • Mixture of Afenil Gel or Afenil Express Unflavored

Cooking:

1) Fry chopped onion on low heat until golden brown

2) Add pepper and simmer for about 10 minutes with the lid closed.

3) Salt

4) Add sliced tomatoes and stew for an hour with the lid closed

5) Add water if necessary.

6) Remove from heat and add a mixture of Afenil Gel or Afenil Express Unflavored in the prescribed amount (1 sachet or more)
