Oatmeal bread
Ingredients
- water – 350ml
- salt – 1/2 spoon
- margarine melted – 50ml
- Dry yeast – 1 pack (11 g)
- Provena Flour without Gluten – 450 g
Preparation
- Heat the water slightly above 42 degrees (slightly warmer than your hand) and pour it into a bowl. Mix dry yeast with a mixture of crumbly.
Add yeast and flour, salt and fat to the water. - Beat the dough with an electric crown; first slowly about 30 seconds, then at full power for about a minute.
- Pour the dough into a greased 1 liters of oil and allow to stand for 30-40 minutes in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
- Bake on the bottom shelf of the oven for 25-30 minutes. Cover the bread with baking paper at the end of the baking if the surface of the bread begins to darken too.
