Gypsy sauce

Ingredients:

2 servings of protein-free Sineamin paste

  • ½ clove garlic
  • 50 g onions
  • 25 g of olive oil
  • 40 g sweet pepper
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 10 g black olives
  • 5 g capers
  • Salt to taste
  • Mixture of Afenil Gel or Afenil Express Unflavored

The board

As an option, ready-made sauce can be used in the preparation of Bruscheta with protein-free bread.

Cooking:

1) Fry finely chopped onion with garlic in olive oil and add diced pepper

2) Fry for 10 minutes

3) Add fresh or canned tomatoes, capers and olives

4) Stew for about 15 minutes

5) Mix with Afenil Gel or Afenil Express Unflavored in the prescribed amount (1 sachet or more)

6) Add spices
