Cucumber salad

Ingredients:

1 portion

  • 150 g cucumbers
  • 10 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • garlic
  • thyme
  • Balsamic vinegar to taste
  • Mixture of Afenil Gel or Afenil Express Unflavored

Cooking:

1) Peel the cucumbers and cut them into thin slices.

2) Dissolve the prescribed dose of Afenil Gel or Afenil Express Unflavored mix (1 sachet or more) in a tablespoon of water

3) Cut the garlic with a sprig of thyme and add to the gel

4) Add olive oil, salt or aromatic vinegar, if desired.

5) Pour cucumbers with this sauce.
